Actually a Sow Pit used to separate and expected hog mother from the rest of the group, we just had to call it a pig poke. This simple resin cast structure is useful for nearly any period and most locales of course. We have used them in Pacific Island games, Dark Age games, Fantasy skirmishes and more.

This model is a hobby product recommended for ages 14 and over. This product is an unpainted kit that requires customer assembly.

*The oft heard expression, A pig in a poke dates from medieval times and was a scam used by unscrupulous meat sellers. Those that thought they were buying a butchered pig to take home in their sack were surprised to discover at dinner time that the bag contained a dead puppy or cat instead. A simple lesson here to beware of someone selling you a pig in a poke unless its made of resin and comes with two 28mm pigs in metal of course
